    It is summertime. The children have finished their exams and are ready to relax and chill out. Let them have a wonderful time this summer with lots of “cool” drinks. Here are some simple mocktails to relax with this summer.

    Ingredients:

    Juice of 1 lime
    Two tablespoons sugar syrup
    Ice.
    Sprite/7Up

    Preparation:

    Fill a glass with a spoonful of crushed ice. Pour the sugar syrup and lime juice and mix well with a straw. Add Sprite or 7Up or soda to make the drink fizzy. Garnish with candied lemon peels.

  • Strawberry Milkshake

    Ingredients:

    A bowl of strawberries
    ½ liter milk
    Fresh Cream
    100 g of sugar

    Preparation:

    Mix all the ingredients in a blender for about two to three minutes. Refrigerate for about half an hour. Serve with a topping of fresh cream and strawberries.

  • Lassi

    Ingredients:

    ½ cup yogurt
    ½ cup milk
    2 cups water
    2-3 tablespoons sugar
    One teaspoon of vanilla extract

    Preparation:

    Beat all the ingredients in a mixer for about 5 minutes until it reaches a smooth creamy consistency. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and serve chilled.

  • ICE TEA

    Ingredients:

    1. One teaspoon tea leaves
    2. 100 ml water
    3. Ice cubes
    4. Mint leaves
    5. 8 sugar cubes
    6. Juice of one lime

    Preparation:

    Add one teaspoon of tea leaves and juice of one lime to 100 ml of boiling water. Strain the tea leaves and set aside. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the brewed mixture into the glass. Add a generous amount of sugar and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and serve chilled.
